The front desk was very helpful and courteous. Location is very convenient for food and shopping. The room was clean but the refrigerator had a lot of old food from previous guest.

Room was very clean and and no traffic noise (not sure about the other side of the hotel but the side I was on didn't have any like you get with a lot of hotels in the area). I also didn't have a sore throat like in the round rock Home2 (see my other review). The rooms feel modern and include a desk for working. The only real complaint I have is all the noise in the room. The AC sounded like an actual jet engine starting up, the refrigerator made a little bubbling sound and you could hear the wind lifting and dropping a metal vent cover through the bathroom vent. It wasn't bad enough to disturb my sleep though and can be fixed. It's the second time I've stayed here and would come back again.

We were in town for a dog competition and decided to give this hotel a chance to earn our business. And earn it they did! I don't have a single constructive criticism to offer. Not one. The room was spotless and there were even posted quiet hours. We slept well and felt that our vehicle was safe and secure in the parking lot. Breakfast hours and offerings were great as well. You should know that this hotel shares a lobby with Tru and it can be a little rowdy on the Tru side because of the pool tables and gatherings of people, but even so, it all quieted down at a reasonable time. Friendliness was just off the charts. <3

This was literally the best managed hotel that my husband and I have ever stayed at. Every single person had great customer service starting at the management team to the ladies at the front desk to the breakfast team (especially Shirley who was an absolute day of sunshine). The room was immaculate. The breakfast was awesome! The people at this hotel really made our stay enjoyable. I can't say enough about them. This is the only hotel we'll be staying at when we're in the Austin area!

Pretty good hotel. Pretty standard stuff. Comfy room. Decent bed. Very courteous staff most of the time. No coffee in room. Breakfast is pretty good. Checkout is at 11. Would much prefer noon. No. Coffee. In. Room.

Excellent stay! The staff is extremely nice and attentive. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a nice well-stocked kitchen area and full sized fridge. Breakfast was quite good with a varied selection (especially on the weekends). Overall I found the hotel to be very quiet except for a bit of street noise that could be heard through the windows.

LOVE this hotel! It's exactly what I needed. It's clean, fancy, modern, has a 24/7 market downstairs. The gym is 5x better than your normal, basic, boring, average hotel gym. The little kitchenette has all the silverware, plates, bowls, cups, a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, microwave and much more! The room itself is like a studio, with a couch, closet space, drawers, TV, side tables... it's perfect for my one-person stay! My only issue was the service staff. The few times I interacted with them at the front desk, they weren't very professional. They were conversing with each other and didn't stop to assist me or any additional guests around. They were nice enough, but it was honestly just a bit rude.

Staff was always so helpful and I mean always Sydney great guy very friendly Kennedy sweetheart Yolanda and Chasity were also very helpful and accommodating every time I approached the desk they gladly helped me with smiles and resolutions I felt like I’ve known them for years very nice people as far as the hotel breakfast location and all the things everything was top tier 10/10 would go back
